Welcome to Life of Joy Foundation's  New "Faith & Mental Health" Support Group

1st & 3rd Fridays of the month from 6:30-8PM
Host Venue: Severna Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church

This new peer support group is for adults (both men and women), and centers all around the (often challenging) intersections of faith and mental health.  Wherever you are in your faith, whatever spirituality means to you, whether you're personally struggling with a mental health challenge or navigating how to support someone else, this group will offer a safe, no judgement zone to process things through the lens of faith, while also building wellness of mind, body and spirit.

Our first few sessions will largely serve as a meet & greet: a chance for us to come together, get to know each other, to hear what us leaders have in mind so far, and to get a feel for what might best serve the group starting out.
